Shipping fee
You can use credit card and Paypal as payment methods.
You can use Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. Payments are only in lump-sum. The payment timing is determined by each card company’s withdrawal date.
We will ship the product via Hikyaku parcel delivery. We will inform you of the product’s tracking number by email after shipping. Normally, products (excluding pre-orders and backorders) will be shipped within one week, but it might take longer depending on our operational status. The delivery method might change depending on the product and order. If the shipping address changes after ordering, additional forwarding costs may apply.
All Sundays, public holidays, and New Year holidays
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size differences, different images, etc. If the product is returned due to the recipient’s long-term absence or non-payment of the price, we will refund the product price, but the shipping fee (including return shipping) will be borne by the customer.
To cancel your order, please contact office@dogyears.space. We do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped (after the product has been handed over to the delivery company).

Dog Years is not responsible for damages or losses that occur during transportation. In the event of delivery trouble, the recipient will primarily need to inquire with the delivery carrier.
